Camp Itinerary
1100am- Arm care warmups
1115am - Throwing patterns to create elite arms including multiple slots
1140am - Glove mechanics
1200pm - Footwork mechanics
1215pm - Break
1225pm - Off the bat scenarios and drills
1245pm -Advanced on the run mechanics and drills
