About The Event
Join Cory Robertson & JB Slimp as they guide athletes thru data-driven workouts with a focus on increasing bat speed, exit velocity, on-plane %, and rotational acceleration. In addition, athletes will learn to use data to better train at home and increase game performance thru approaches and game-planning.
Athletes will participate in four sessions of 90 minutes each. The player/coach ratio will be no larger than 4:1 so that all athletes receive the personal attention required to maximize results.
Athletes will be baseline tested in
- Bat Speed
- Exit Velocity
- On Plane %
- Rotational Acceleration
- Max Ball Flight Distance
The technology used for these training sessions will include Rapsodo, Blast Motion, and Pocket Radar.
Session Dates: Nov.11th, Jan.11th, Jan.25th, Feb 8th
- SESSION 1 / ages 10 thru 12 / 600pm-730pm
- SESSION 2 / ages 13 and up / 730pm-900pm
The costs are $175 per player.
