- Measure 4-Part Kinetic Sequence (Hips, Torso, Shoulders, Hands)
- Measure Bat Speed
- Measure Exit Velocity
Within 48 hours of testing athletes will be provided with full PDF report on all measurements for use as evaluation, baselines and goal-setting.
In addition hitters will be provided video analysis along with information to better understand what the data means and best way to use it to advance offensive skillset.
