WINTER TRAINING SESSION 7 (12u,14u,16u)

IF YOU ARE READY to take your defense to another level this clinic is for you. Coach JB Slimp has been developing elite level athletes in the game off softball for more than 15 years. Coach Slimp has worked with and developed hundreds of players through his coaching career that include standout collegiate stars as well as Team USA members and All-Americans. 

This clinic is NOT for beginners — players must be experienced and understand many of these techniques will be challenging as they are the same concepts being used at highest levels of softball training. Players will leave this clinic with a clear understanding of what will be required at next level to be successful infielders.

THROWING & RECEIVING

Angular Throwing - learning how to use multiple slots and when yo use them

Right footed OTR throwing - understanding proper footwork for throwing on the run

1/2 & Thru momentum footwork, taking angles, forehand jump-slots and lots of backhand techniques

Turn 2 Footwork for middles
